1. Scope
These terms set out the conditions for using this site, DOPA PARK ("the site"). Anyone who uses the site is taken to have accepted them.
2. Charges
Every feature of the site is free. No membership, no account and no payment is required at any point. There is no paid feature anywhere on the site and you will never be asked for money.
3. Records, and losing them
Play records and any Dopa Menu you build are stored only inside the browser on your own device. Because the operator holds no copy, records lost through clearing your browsing data, using private browsing, changing device, or a change in how your browser behaves cannot be restored. The site accepts no responsibility for preserving them.
4. Nothing is won, and there are no prizes
None of the toys on this site provides property, money, points or any other thing of economic value. There is no winning or losing, no prize, no rarity and no probability display — including on the toys that resemble a draw.
5. Health and medicine
The site exists for entertainment. It is not intended for diagnosing, caring for or preventing any illness or injury. Where a decision about your health is required, please consult a medical professional.
6. Prohibited conduct
In using the site, you must not:
- act in breach of the law or of public order and decency;
- place an excessive load on the servers or networks serving the site;
- interfere with the operation of the site, or attempt to access it improperly;
- copy the site's content and redistribute it without attribution;
- do anything else the operator judges to be inappropriate.
7. Intellectual property
Rights in the programs that make up the site, the shapes drawn on screen, the synthesised sound, the written text and the names of the twelve toys belong to the operator of the site. Third-party trademarks and trade names mentioned in the text belong to their respective owners.
8. Changes, suspension and closure
The operator may change the contents of the site, or suspend or discontinue it, without prior notice. The site accepts no responsibility for loss arising from that.
9. Limitation of liability
The site accepts no responsibility for any loss arising from its use. Information published here is written only as far as published material confirms it, and neither completeness nor accuracy is guaranteed.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are interpreted under the law of Japan. Where a dispute arises in relation to the site, the courts of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction at first instance.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be changed as necessary without prior notice. A change takes effect from the moment it is published on this page.
